Why should your peers choose you to represent them on the Student Council and in the Peddie community? What qualities do you possess that will allow you to be a successful representative? What ideas do you want to bring to Student Council?

Dear Peddie School peers, I am excited to present myself as a candidate for Ninth Grade Class Representative. As we navigate the challenges of high school, I believe in approaching leadership with a combination of dedication, inclusivity, and a genuine commitment to well-being. In this appeal, I will emphasize my perspective on stress management and its pivotal role in fostering a positive and thriving ninth-grade class community.

Leadership and Responsibility

True leadership extends beyond the surface level of representation. It involves a sincere commitment to the well-being of our classmates. Throughout my academic journey, I have sought opportunities to lead by fostering an environment that values not just academic success but also the mental and emotional health of our class.

Commitment to Unity and Inclusivity

Promoting unity and inclusivity means recognizing and addressing the diverse needs of our classmates, including stress management. I am committed to creating an environment where every student feels supported, not just academically but also emotionally. By organizing workshops, forums, and resources that address stress management techniques, we can collectively work towards a healthier and more
resilient class community.

What have you enjoyed most at Peddie this fall?*
The first term at Peddie High School was awesome! I loved every moment of it. The teachers were great, making learning super fun, and I made awesome friends. The whole school vibe is so welcoming, and I can’t wait for more exciting times ahead! From discovering new subjects to joining clubs, it’s been a fantastic start, and I’m looking forward to exploring even more in the upcoming term

I am a part of the baseball and football team
